Who Is Dr. Marc S. Friedman?

Dr. Marc S. Friedman is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer as well as a noted international lecturer and teacher, having spoken for over 30 years to audiences ranging from a few people to several hundred. Dr. Friedman has successfully handled numerous jury trials and appellate cases involving complex areas of the law. He has been included in The Best Lawyers in America, New Jersey's Superlawyers, and the International Who's Who of E-commerce & Internet Lawyers.

Dr. Friedman developed the Seven Steps while lecturing and teaching in North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Dr. Friedman uses his "construction method"™ of teaching. This involves breaking down the proposed speech or presentation to its simplest building blocks and then working with the client to build the speech, block by block from the foundation upward.
